Finding Interesting Faculty

There are over 50 colleges or universities in the Greater Boston Metropolitan area. Each of these schools will have interesting faculty researching or creating interesting things.  Generally, schools will have some kind of page allowing you to explore their faculty member's areas of expertise.

Some examples:

Locating Newspaper Content

Explore newspapers to locate local people and organizations around your topic, or to get background information about your subject.

Browsing Old Newspaper Content

Explore how a topic (examples: bicycles, biplanes, bedwetting) was covered in the news in 1950, or 1901, or even earlier.

Encyclopedia of Associations

Use these directories to explore thousands of non-profit organizations and find an expert.  Includes budget, number of members, subject listing, and contact information.
