While there isn't a national theme for Pride Month, the city of Boston's Office of LGBTQ+ Advancement has announced that this year, Boston's theme for celebration is "A Very Proud City"
Boston will once again have a Pride Parade, following a 3 year break. Boston's Pride Parade is organized by Boston Pride For The People, a new LGBTQ+ community driven organization that focuses on empowering, celebrating and commemorating the LGBTQ+ community and history, as well as promoting education about issues impacting the LGBTQ+ community. Not only is the Boston Pride Parade Back, but there are many Pride themed marches and events to attend this month in Boston. Below are some of the free events celebrating and honoring the LGBTQ+ community in Boston.
