Request from FLO Libraries

Use the FLO Library Catalog to search for the book you want to borrow.

Pull up the record for the item, click on the Make a Request link on the right side of the screen.

Enter your barcode or ID #, PIN, and Last Name to login. If you don’t know your PIN contact the Circulation desk (617.824.8668) for assistance.

Select Request from other library.

If there is more than one copy held by the Fenway Libraries, select the copy you wish to borrow from the drop down menu.

Select ECL-Circulation Desk from the Pick Up At: drop down menu.

Reenter your Barcode or ID #.

Submit your request.

You will then see “Your request was successful” on the top of the record page. If you receive an error message please contact a librarian for assistance. Your successful request will be listed under the Request Pending section of your My Account.

You will receive an email when your request has been processed by the lending library. You will receive an additional email when the item is ready to be picked up at the Circulation Desk. We will hold the item for you for 10 days.

Request from Other Libraries

Emerson patrons can submit up to 5 requests per day. Please submit requests in order of priority. No more than 5 requests will be processed each day per person.
